5th Annual Crossroads Christian Church Father's Day Car Show

WE ARE BACK!!!  Sorry for the long delay but we have been busy with our building project on our property.  I'm glad to say that we are almost complete!!!  Now on to the show information . . .

Our Fifth Annual Father's Day car show will be held June 15th, 2014 at Crossroads Christian Church located at 3838 State Road 44 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and is open to all years/makes/models of cars, trucks and motorcycles. The show will run from 9a till 3p.

Like every year, show registration and admission will be FREE!!! 

We will have awards, giveaways and goody bags.  We will also be providing lunch for all attendees.  We will also have a bounce house/slide for the kids and other fun activities for them.  There will be fun for the entire family.

Vendor spots are available again this year.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here's answers to some of the questions we have been asked;
  1. How much is it to register your car, truck or motorcycle?   FREE
  2. How much is it to attend the show?   FREE
  3. How much does lunch cost?   FREE
  4. What are you serving for lunch?   We serve hot dogs and hamburgers.  We also have several sides to choose from including beans and chips.  We also have assorted deserts and cookies.  All food is donated by the members of Crossroads Christian Church.
  5. What is there to do for children?  We try to ensure we have fun activities for kids and love having families come out to the show.  We have a bounce house and slide rented each year.  We also have face painting and a play area available.  We also have a kids choice award sponsored by Summit Racing.  Every kid in attendance gets a special "judge" sticker and their own ballot to pick their favorite vehicle (No cheating parents.)
  6. What time is the show? The show opens at 9a.  We typically start serving lunch between 11& 11:30.  We do giveaways and awards at 2:30p.  The show officially closes at 3p but everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy the property.
  7. Do you awards or trophies?  We do have a few trophies that we giveaway at the show . . . Best Car, Best Truck, Best Motorcycle, Pastor's Choice, People's Choice and Club Participation.  We also have sponsored awards that companies help out with each year.  In 2013, we will have Kid's Choice sponsored by Summit Racing and Best Paint sponsored by Ben's Auto Paint Supply.  If you or your company would like to sponsor an award, please send us an email.
  8. Do you have any giveaways?  Yes!! When you register your car, we will give you a goody bag filled with flyers, samples and other items companies donate to the event.  Also when you register your vehicle, you will receive raffle tickets that you can use to win prizes at the awards presentation.  All awards are donated by local businesses and the members of Crossroads Christian Church.
  9. Do you have vendor spots?  Yes!! We do have vendor spots available.  For information on vendor spots, please send us an email of give us a call at (386)427-6518 and we can talk more about the specifics. 
  10. Do we have to attend the worship service?  While we invite anyone and everyone to attend our worship service and would love to have you with us, you are not required to attend. 
  11. Registration  We get lots of different questions regarding registration and we will try to cover lots of them here.  You can pre register for the show at our Wufoo page by clicking here or you can email us your information or send us a pre-registration form that is on our blog.  When you pre register, we try to give you a few more goodies in your goody bag and you also get a couple more raffle tickets (more chances to win!!!).  It also allows us to fill out paperwork before the show.  You do not have to pre register and will have a registration table the day of the show.  We also would love for everyone that attends to register for the show so that we can get an accurate count for the show and so that you can get your goody bag and raffle tickets.  Also, to be elegible for the awards, you must be registerd.  Even if you are just going to be there for a couple of hours, we would greatly appreciate you registering at the show.
