Thank you to everyone that came out to our show this year.  Even with all the rain and muddy show field, we still had 225 registered vehicles and more spectators than we have ever had.  It was a great day and show!!!!

We also want to thank those that helped make this event such a success . . .

*DJ Weasel – I cannot say enough about all the help and support that Jerry provided to our event.  We would not have been able to make it happen this year without you!!!

*SoundCrafters – Moe and Paul always take care of us with trophies and are great supporters of our show.

*Topknots & Tails – Thank you to Joi, Judy and Al for always helping volunteer at the show and for always donating goody bag items & a trophy for the show.

*Jimmy’s Rods and Customs – Jimmy always does an amazing job with building our Best of Show trophy.

*Hottie Coffee – Thank you so much for coming and donating free coffee to our spectators.  Everyone loved the coffee!!!

We love hearing feedback both positive and constructive to help make our show better.  We strive to have a great event but learn new things every year.  We have created a small survey to help us collect info as we start planning our 2017 event.  If you attended the event and could fill out the survey, it would be greatly appreciated.  All answers will be anonymous and only used during planning meetings.  Please visit to provide feedback.

2016 Day of Show Schedule

7a - Vendor/Show Setup . . . show cars may show up early as well but registration will not open till 8a. Please do not show up before 7a to park.  Shade parking will be the first to go and is on a first come first serve bases.  To help maximize our space and to ensure we have enough parking for everyone, we will have a parking team to direct you where to park.  If you are with a large group or club, please make sure if you want to park together that you arrive together. We will not be able to save spots for people arriving late.

7a - 10a - Coffee from Hottie Coffee in New Smyrna Beach and Donuts from Krispy Kreme

8a - Registration opens.  We will have a VIP line for those that preregistered.

9a - Bounce House Opens
       Show Officially Opens

10a - Worship Service at Worship Center ... we invite all attendees to attend ... we will have a surprise or seven for visitors that day.  If you are planning on attending, please make sure to get your worship service raffle ticket.

11:30a (approx) - Lunch is served . . . We will be serving food by the show field again this year in one central location.  We will have covered areas to eat outside or you will be able to eat in our air conditioned building.  We will be serving pulled pork, pulled chicken and hot dogs this year. We will also have chips, baked beans and deserts.

11:30a - Giveaways/Raffles - We will be doing giveaways a little different this year.  We will be giving items away approximately every 15 minutes.  Our DJ will call out numbers over the PA system and will post the numbers at the giveaway tent.  To claim your prize, just bring your ticket to one of our volunteers at the tent and receive your prize.  If at the end of the show we have unclaimed prizes, we will pull more tickets for those that stick around.  To get your raffle tickets you need to register your vehicle at our registration tent located next to the Bounce House.  We will have over 40 items to raffle off.

2:30p - 50/50 Raffle and Awards Presentation.    We will be giving out 12 awards this year, Best Car Pre 1980, Best Car 1980 to Present, Best Truck Pre 1980, Best Truck 1980 to Present, Best Motorcycle, Best of Show sponsored by Jimmy's Rod n Customs, Best Rat Rod sponsored by Topknots and Tails & Al Pineau, Pastor's Choice, People's Choice, People's Choice Motorcycle,  Kids Choice sponsored by Summit Racing and Club Participation.

3p - Show officially closes.  See you next year!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Here's answers to some of the questions we have been asked;
  1. How much is it to register your car, truck or motorcycle?   FREE
  2. How much is it to attend the show?   FREE
  3. How much does lunch cost?   FREE
  4. What are you serving for lunch?   In 2016 we will be serving pulled pork, pulled chicken and hot dogs.  We will also have several side dishes available including baked beans and chips.  We also have assorted deserts and cookies.  All food is donated by the members of Crossroads Christian Church.
  5. What is there to do for children?  We try to ensure we have fun activities for kids and love having families come out to the show.  We have a bounce house and slide rented each year.  We also have face painting and a play area available.  We also have a kids choice award sponsored by Summit Racing.  Every kid in attendance gets a special "judge" sticker and their own ballot to pick their favorite vehicle (No cheating parents.)
  6. What time is the show? The show opens at 9a.  We typically start serving lunch around 11:30.  We do giveaways and awards at 2:30p.  The show officially closes at 3p but everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy the property.
  7. Do you awards or trophies?  We do have a few trophies that we giveaway at the show . . . Best Car(Pre 1980 & Post 1980), Best Truck(Pre 1980 & Post 1980), Best Motorcycle, Best of Show, Pastor's Choice, People's Choice and Club Participation.  We also have sponsored awards that companies help out with each year.  In 2014, we will have Kid's Choice sponsored by Summit Racing, Best of Show sponsored by Jimmy's Rod and Customs and Best Motorcycle.sponsored by the CMA.  If you or your company would like to sponsor an award, please send us an email.
  8. Do you have any giveaways?  Yes!! When you register your car, we will give you a goody bag filled with flyers, samples and other items companies donate to the event.  Also when you register your vehicle, you will receive raffle tickets that you can use to win prizes at the awards presentation.  All awards are donated by local businesses and the members of Crossroads Christian Church.
  9. Do you have vendor spots?  Yes!! We do have vendor spots available.  For information on vendor spots, please send us an email of give us a call at (386)427-6518 and we can talk more about the specifics. 
  10. Do we have to attend the worship service?  While we invite anyone and everyone to attend our worship service and would love to have you with us, you are not required to attend.  For those wanting to attend, worship service starts at 10a and runs till about 11/11:15.  We would love for everyone to come and attend!!!
  11. Registration  We get lots of different questions regarding registration and we will try to cover lots of them here.  You can pre register for the show at our Wufoo page by clicking here or you can email us your information or send us a pre-registration form that is on our blog.  When you pre register, we try to give you a few more goodies in your goody bag and you also get a couple more raffle tickets (more chances to win!!!).  It also allows us to fill out paperwork before the show.  You do not have to pre register and will have a registration table the day of the show.  We also would love for everyone that attends to register for the show so that we can get an accurate count for the show and so that you can get your goody bag and raffle tickets.  Also, to be elegible for the awards, you must be registerd.  Even if you are just going to be there for a couple of hours, we would greatly appreciate you registering at the show.

7th Annual Crossroads Christian Church Father's Day Car Show

Our 7th Annual Father's Day car show will be held June 19th, 2016 at Crossroads Christian Church located at 3838 State Road 44 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and is open to all years/makes/models of cars, trucks and motorcycles. The show will run from 9a till 3p.

Like every year, show registration and admission will be FREE!!! 

We will have awards, giveaways and goody bags.  We will also be providing lunch for all attendees.  We will also have a bounce house/slide for the kids and other fun activities for them.  There will be fun for the entire family.

Vendor spots are available again this year.
